got it done before midnight

Well here i am uploading to the blog mid week at 10.30--- woohooo ....have i got it together or what tonight, although it might have to do with the can of coke and my time out bar - yum...or it could do with the exercising on the crosstrainer got the adrenalin pumping -- who knows - who cares ... well i do cause it means i will be hitting the pillows before 12 - which is unheard of here in these parts....

the success is that i have finished the school P&C newsletter today - just put the last bit of editing to it and this little baby is ready to print out, ready for copy to go home tommorow - i get such an overwhelming sense of accomplishment when i get this done ...not sure why .. just do.
got a couple of layouts to put up from the Girls night in crop from the weekend.

Been working on a couple of layouts for two circle journals i am in - hopefully i will have them done and posted by monday and pics for you all to see also.

Popped into Stamp Antics today and had a look at one of my layouts on display --mmmmm...tad bit excited bout that i must say, its set up fabulously with all the stock to recreate the layout also - and i have done up instructions to go with. I also bought a bind it all machine from Jenny - I am looking forward to having some fun with it...hoping tommorow will be the start of that . I have so many projects in my head for this little marvel - so hopefully it will come together nicely

My beautiful people are such beautiful little people - what more can i say - they are so in tune with it all at the moment and I am so happy with them. My DH has gone back to work this week and has been flat out - but he seems in tune too - must have been the well deserved holiday - lol.

My mum goes in for a bit of an operation tommorow - so i will be thinking of her - bit stressed about it all but i know she will be fine, and will be waiting anxiously for the test results after....thinking of you mum.

Caught up with my brother and sil this arvo - as miss chicken wanted to have a play with her cousin -- had a great chat with him- and i am so proud of him - i even got a little glimpse of his softer inner self today - so reminded me of my dad and the talks i used to have with him...miss you dad, but makes me so glad a I have a fabulous family even with all the flaws and weaknesses we all have - I am one very very lucky person.

Love to you leave this verse with you that my dad gave to me not long after he had his stroke - it was given to him from a man who called in to see how he was coping with all the struggles he was going through. He passed it on to me to read when i was having a bad day. I was rummaging around in some of my old things and reminiscing yesterday and found it in a box of his things i packed away after he passed away 10 years ago

THINKING
If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you don't
If you like to win, but think you cant
It is almost certain you won't

If you think you'll lose you're lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellows will
It's all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself
Before you can win.

Lifes battles don't always go
to the faster or stronger man,
But sooner or later the person who wins,
Is the one who thinks he can.

Have a happy and carefree day - and believe in yourself - because you can!

Yeah - really like that poem - I so need those kinds of things around me all the time to remind me that I can if I try - and not to give in. I love the piccy of your DD and DH - what a classic - no wonder you had to scrap it! Lookin' forward to the next cj - and pat on the back for getting that newsletter done - shall be in touch sometime this week for a chin-wag, ciao!
