squeezing in some scrapping and craft

what a great weekend - today i was called in to do some teacher aide work with the little people.. and i had a blast. This afternoon on the other hand i have not stopped but am enjoying my day nonetheless.

i only have a couple of photos to share - I went shopping a few weeks back with my friend Gillian and we hit this shop that sells cheap bling - but cool looking bling -- well i indulged and went all out and picked up this rock - what a hoot -- i feel like a million bucks when i wear this little baby.... and it was only $20, what a bargain.

BLING ...MMMMMM
This layout i chucked together the other night - and now i have a great spot cleared ready for me to get stuck into a circle journal and some charms - finally just need to hide and not answer the phone so that i can get these two little babies done.

Miss chicken playing coy and then she remembered it was her mum taking the photo

Finally i have pretty much finished with the fundraising side of things for the school this year and will be helping in miss chickens class - so i came up with a scrapped christmas tree thing - { a bit of a take on the kaiser craft ones} - so i have cut out and got together all the stuff i need to do these in class -- bit of a job but it all came together last night and finished it all off this afternoon. The kids are going to be making some cards to, so i will do up some samples for that as well and post later if they turn out a okay and not totally blah. Miss chicken has an awesome teacher who is quite crafty and really doesn't need my help cause she comes up with some awesome ideas of her own but she does so much for the peeps already that its nice to help out when i can.

about 32 bright xmas trees ready to be scrapped, with scallops and around 60 cuttlebug embossed xmas tags to be used on them also - the class should have fun with these once they have beaded them up and added gliter

so there u have it - i am sneaking away to watch Weeds and then off to bed via the craft room -- wish i could sleep in tommorow but i know that is not gonna happen as the cross trainer is bellowing out at me in the morning of late.

Thank you also to my friends who leave beautiful supportive comments its great to hear from you - and i have been catching up with your blogs and will sneak back and post a comment when i get a little more time....Lisa i should try my DH out with a little cooks outfit - lol - oh and he does cook a great baked dinner and bbq - i am really lucky.
Well take care and remember to smile
