What the day entails....

{well this post is for yesterday as it has clicked on over into tommorow}
it started like it does most mornings today ....very fast but slow IYKWIM --- i am not a morning person so to get me outta bed is bad enough...but i do get out of it, and i time for making lunches for everyone and making sure they have uniforms and work clothes for the day.

After bidding DH a great day i am back to prise the children outta bed....goodness knows where they get that from.... and we then organise breakfasts and the usual fair that happens in the morn...usual being keeping miss chicken on track and not letting her stray from her target of being on time with no tantrums. Old matey is usually pretty good as he has a focus of a computer game that he wants badly so he pretty much stays on track with the morning chore chart list ...once he gets the game in another few days it will be fun to keep him focused on his chart. I also snuck into the craft room to start embroidering a towel for a customer and then its off to school with the peeps...

So here is todays craft efforts....a beautiful towel.......

Back home & the kettle is on again and the computer also .... i have been sitting at this screen most of the day trying to sort out a government grant i am trying to put together for our gym...and let me tell ya -- i really should have listened to everyone who told me not to leave it till the last minute-- whoops -- tis a tad hard when I have not done anything like this before...but hey its getting sorted ...just all the finer stuff that i am having trouble with but hopefully with a little help from a few friends it will all come together -- so thats the middle session to my day....exciting hey!

Off the subject of today - i had a great visit from heather yesterday and took some loverly photos of her daughter too..she is a cutie....and heather left me 2 cj's to do my part in and then send off on their way and they are looking absolutely fabbo.... i still have donnas journal to do and will hopefully get it done this week ...just not sure when. - okay back on to todays stuff..... my mind wanders a bit ...lol

Chatted with my lil sis for a while and am looking forward to seeing her this weekend as i am going to be the godmummy to my nephew...yippeee party time. Also had some yuk news on an aunt who had a heart attack - seems as though she is okay and has been released from hospital today...

Had a call from donna -- hi donna -- bet we play phone tag again tommorow -- i will be in and out -- and i have lost your number again --duh me..

i picked up the peeps from school & we headed to the shops and got a few things and then headed home where i saw the baby plovers nextdoor so i ran inside to get the camera and started to get photos of the parents and could not find the babies -- so i moved closer - well we had a full on swoop atttack -- so we all ran inside- lol - funny to see - will have to try and get the babies in the photo tommorow.

Afternoon saw me take washing off line and do afternoon tea. I had a P&C meeting tonight and am home now online trying to get myself motivated to do this grant...but instead think i will just go get some shut eye.... night all ...looking forward to tommorows fun and games and all that it entails....
